September 11th, 2001
After the events of September 11th unfolded I had given a lot of
thought to how we at Clark Air Base K-9 in the 1970s should go about
addressing and or commemorating this event on our web site. I didn't want to
just do what so many others did and make a page with pictures and comments
about how we are going to get bin Laden. Now I'm all for hanging him and his
henchmen from the nearest light pole but enough of that.
In the past couple of weeks or so I've received a number of stories
from friends and acquaintances who were at both locations at various times.
In keeping with the basic theme of this site I've decided to post
stories and pictures of those who were at the various locations at the time
talking about what happened and what they were doing.
There are two separate pages linked froom this one. One for stories
from the Pentagon and one for stories from The World Trade Center in New
